Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 serrano pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
- In a wok or large frying pan, heat up the vegetable oil over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
