<Making vinegared red pepper paste sauce>
- 5 tablespoons of red pepper paste (I scooped up a lot of red pepper paste so I caught 1 tablespoon, but if you scoop it up flat, I think you can add 6 tablespoons!)
- four tablespoons of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of plum extract.
- 1.5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic( You can omit it depending on your preference.)
