Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound pork belly, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups kimchi, chopped
- 1 block tofu, cut into cubes
- 2.5~3 cups water or chicken broth
- 2 scallions, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoon cooking wine.
Instructions:
