Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice (preferably leftover rice)
- 1 pound of beef, sliced thinly
- 1 bunch of kale, chopped
- 1 cup of Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bunch of bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup of Mungbean sprouts
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- Heat up a wok or large frying pan on medium-high heat. Add some vegetable oil and swirl it around the pan.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until it starts to brown. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.
- In the same pan, add some more oil if needed and stir-fry the garlic and onion until fragrant.
